Qualifications

• Knowledge of wastewater treatment plant and pumping facility operations.
• Ability to read gauges and interpret monitoring equipment.
• Understanding of safety regulations and basic computer skills.
• Must be eligible for required certifications and on-call duty.
• Preference for experience at an activated sludge plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate valves and controls to regulate flows and processes.
• Monitor gauges, collect samples, and perform basic laboratory tests.
• Maintain logs and records; perform routine maintenance and safety tasks.
• Operate emergency generators and transport vehicles as needed.
• Work shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays when required.
