Job summary

Wind River Environmental is seeking a Treatment Plant Operations Supervisor to oversee the 24/7 wastewater facility, directing staff and ensuring safe, compliant operations within budget. The role includes reporting, policy implementation, and coordination with Engineering Management.

Essential duties cover supervision, scheduling, training, performance reviews, and budget support. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and SOP development are required to optimize plant performance daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering or Environmental field is desirable but not required.
• Experience supervising a team of trades people is expected.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment operations and regulatory requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct employees operating and maintaining a 24/7 wastewater facility.
• Plan, assign, and schedule operators to cover 7 days a week, 24 hours.
• Maintain safety, track performance, and coach staff to meet goals and budgets.
