The Village of Roselle, Illinois, is seeking a full-time Lead Wastewater Operator. The role oversees crews and performs technical operations at wastewater facilities, lift stations, and the sanitary collection system.

A CDL with endorsement is required or obtainable within 6 months; five years of related experience preferred. Salary ranges from $71,236 to $95,676, with comprehensive benefits and union protections through Local 150.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL license with endorsement or ability to obtain within 6 months (training provided).
• At least five years experience in wastewater treatment plant operation/maintenance or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, operate and adjust the wastewater treatment process in compliance with laws and EPA regulations.
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, valves, and related systems across the plant.
• Perform construction and general public works tasks including truck operation, excavating, and sewer/water line maintenance.
