Job summary

Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking a wastewater modeling and infrastructure planning professional to help plan, model, and optimize sewer networks for municipalities. You’ll work with engineers and planners to understand capacity, risk, and resilience across large-scale public assets.

Responsibilities include hydraulic modeling, GIS data analysis, and producing actionable reports to guide upgrades and permitting.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in wastewater modeling or infrastructure planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Experience working on municipal wastewater or sewer system projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and run hydraulic models for wastewater collection systems
• Analyze system performance to identify capacity issues
• Work with large datasets from municipal systems to support planning and upgrade decisions
• Use GIS to map, visualize, and interpret infrastructure data
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and recommendations
