Advantage Technical in Nashua, NH is seeking a Wastewater Operator for a direct hire position. You will operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems and support environmental and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a relevant associate degree and 6 months to 1 year of related experience, plus OSHA safety knowledge and strong data entry skills. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of wastewater treatment, environmental, chemical handling, or related industrial experience.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, OSHA safety practices, and hazardous waste management.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wastewater treatment equipment.
• Monitor treatment processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform hazardous waste sampling, recordkeeping, and data entry.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support environmental, safety, and emergency response programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams and management to minimize downtime.
