Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years wastewater experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are critical.
• Storm water training within 30 days; complete Industrial Waste Treatment I & II courses through CSU Sacramento within 12 months and obtain the lowest grade certification per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate wastewater analysis laboratory and collect samples per regulations.
• Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems and related equipment.
• Prepare monthly regulatory reports and other required documents.
• Communicate operational status to management and maintain logs.
• Operate spotter truck or forklift as needed.
