Responsibilities

• Perform sampling, monitoring and testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Install, maintain and repair plant components and equipment.
• Represent the department to the public in the Chief Operator's absence.
• On-call response to plant emergencies and breakdowns.
• Conduct weekend checks on a rotating basis.
• Operate safely following OSHA regulations and guidelines.
• Communicate with the Chief Operator about processes and malfunctions; recommend repairs and improvements.
