Job summary

Weston & Sampson Engineers Inc. seeks a Wastewater Operator to monitor plant conditions, adjust controls, and perform routine maintenance at our Sterling, MA facilities. The role requires an MA Class 4M license and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

You will collect samples, perform lab tests, maintain safety compliance, and document operations and maintenance activities. Valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MA Grade 4M Wastewater Treatment Operator License.
• Knowledge of MA DEP regulation of plant O&M is desirable.
• Familiarity with Windows-based computers.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all climates, climb ladders and lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Salary Range: $25.00-$35.00 an hour, based on experience.
