Job summary

Weston & Sampson Services seeks a Wastewater Treatment Operator to support operations and maintenance at our Raymond, NH office. You will monitor conditions, adjust controls, troubleshoot equipment, and collect samples to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma, MA Grade 4M Wastewater Operator License, and the ability to work outdoors, lift 50 lbs, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• MA Grade 4M Wastewater Treatment Operator License is required.
• Knowledge of MA DEP regulation of plant O&M is desirable.
• Familiarity with computers in a Windows based environment.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all climates, climb ladders and lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

What you’ll do:

• Monitoring and observing operating conditions and adjusting process controls as necessary


• Troubleshooting of plant equipment and performing minor maintenance as necessary


• Collecting samples and performing routine lab tests


• Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements


• General housekeeping at facilities


• Maintaining accurate records of operations and maintenance activities


• Compiling monthly data for compliance reporting

What you will bring:

Salary Range: $25.00-$35.00 an hour, based on experience.
