Job summary

Perdue Farms Inc. seeks a Wastewater Manager to lead the wastewater treatment and potable water systems at the G&O Division, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while driving safety and reliability.

You will manage staff, oversee maintenance, QA, and regulatory reporting, travel to remote Agribusiness facilities as needed, and partner with environmental and operations teams to sustain high water quality and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• Understanding of standard software applications.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead wastewater and potable system staff to include hiring, training, and development.
• Ensure safe working conditions for all associates.
• Manage the wastewater facility and potable water system to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor all activities related to wastewater treatment and ensure parts, supplies, chemicals etc. are available.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and repairs are completed on all equipment.
