Job summary

Seaboard Energy is seeking a Wastewater Supervisor at the Hugoton, KS plant to lead wastewater/residual treatment operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal permits. The role requires strong leadership, proactive maintenance coordination, and ongoing staff development.

You will work across operations, EHS, and maintenance to optimize treatment processes, manage documentation, and ensure 24/7/365 operations in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience in wastewater treatment or operating wastewater systems.
• Ability to read, write, and present reports and business correspondence.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical evaluation of process logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wastewater/residual treatment operations to optimize treatment for land application and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management for repairs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain wastewater operating procedures and programs.
• Train and coach plant staff on wastewater operations and compliance.
• Maintain complete and compliant recordkeeping.
