Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Lead Wastewater position in Georgia to oversee pretreatment operations, develop treatment strategies, and drive cost-effective wastewater management. Qualifications

• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Basic knowledge of standard and metric measurements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain healthy operation of pretreatment equipment
• Develop and maintain the chemical and biological treatment strategy for Wastewater Processing
• Identify, test and evaluate alternate chemical treatments and aeration strategies
• Responsible for DAF efficiency and personnel
• Assist with storm water and air inspections
• Manage systems for collection, treatment, and quality control of plant wastewater
• Lead development of wastewater treatment projects and budget within limits
• Oversee maintenance of all equipment
