Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering, planning or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
• Proven experience in developing and managing strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services.
• Proven ability to manage a broad set of client relationships and pursuits.
• Experience in staff development including recruiting and career path planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement area market sector initiatives and marketing strategies.
• Promote HDR services to clients and manage key client relationships.
• Identify investments and opportunities to sustain industry leadership.
• Lead or support multi-disciplinary projects with technical complexity.
• Coordinate staffing plans and recruit for key hires within the market sector.
