Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms in the Lehigh Valley region is seeking a Maintenance Tech - Wastewater Specialist to maintain wastewater systems, monitor testing, document variances and report to facility management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Wastewater license (minimum 'C' level) and other water treatment certificates
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must maintain current required licensing
• Basic computer skills; English fluency

Responsibilities

• Maintain test results and documentation of wastewater operation
• Notify management of variances and report to facility management
• Participate in wastewater meetings with plant and township personnel
• Monitor sampling for well water, municipal, and wastewater discharge
• Document and receive wastewater chemicals and supplies
• Diagnose and repair production, processing, and packaging equipment
• Execute preventative maintenance and routine reliability assessments
• Interpret schematics and work orders to drive repairs
• Support new equipment installation and cross-train operators
• Identify process improvements and procure parts ahead of tasks
• Maintain documentation per SOPs and GMP standards
