Woodard & Curran in Boston is seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians and Mechanics to inspect, repair, and maintain complex machinery including pumps, motors, compressors, and hydraulic systems, while following safety policies.

The role requires day shifts, potential after-hours coverage, a MA driver’s license, and opportunities to advance through licensing and training; the company offers a generous benefits package and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ relevant mechanical and technical experience preferred.
• Must pass DOT background check, pre-placement physical and drug screen.
• MA hoisting licenses within a predetermined time frame.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facilities.
• Implementation and management of a predictive maintenance program.
• Emergency response for process upsets, equipment failures, rain events, etc.
• Perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance assignments.
• Housekeeping duties in the maintenance department and on vehicles.
• Follow safety, operating and emergency response procedures.
• Complete all work to meet project goals and objectives.
