The role requires a High School Diploma, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, and relevant mechanical experience. DOT checks and pre-placement screenings are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment in wastewater facilities.
• Ability to dismantle devices to access parts and identify wear or failures.
• Safe operation and adherence to safety procedures and site policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities.
• Implement and manage a predictive maintenance program.
• Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and process upsets.
• Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance area and on vehicles.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures and meet project goals.
