Job summary

Resource Renew, the WLSSD brand, seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Millwright to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot a range of equipment across wastewater, biosolids, and solid waste facilities. Expect a Monday–Friday day shift, collaboration with skilled teams, and emphasis on safety and environmental stewardship.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field, 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent), and strong

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Two years of experience in industrial maintenance; equivalent combinations considered.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support on wastewater and solid waste equipment.
• Analyze root causes to improve reliability and longevity.
• Troubleshoot processes, equipment, and spare parts as needed.
• Plan and execute maintenance and capital projects.
• Collaborate with operations to schedule maintenance and reduce downtime.
• Operate and monitor district systems like SharePoint and EAM.
• Read blueprints and manuals; rig, lift, and move equipment safely.
