Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in mechanics, electronics, or related field.
• 15+ years of mechanical or contractor experience, plus electrical/pump hydraulics expertise.
• OSHA and VOSH safety training and management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance program for wastewater facility and major repairs.
• Develop weekly and monthly work plans; direct daily maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor staff; participate in hiring, performance reviews and safety.
• Contribute to annual budgets and equipment purchasing decisions.
