Qualifications

• Independent operator with shift-responsibility and compliance duties.
• Hands-on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wastewater systems.
• Ability to rebuild progressing cavity (PC) pumps.
• Laboratory control tasks and recordkeeping for process data.
• Strict adherence to LOTO, PPE, and PSM procedures.
• Experience maintaining regulatory and facility records.
• On-site, full-time work in Millsboro, DE.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate a wastewater treatment shift.
• Operate and maintain facilities and treatment systems.
• Monitor processes and system performance.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation.
• Perform process-control lab work and routine testing.
• Record lab results and operational data accurately.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Rebuild PC pumps and troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow LOTO, PPE, and PSM procedures.
