Job summary

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Wastewater Level A Operator for a full-time, on-site role in Millsboro, Delaware. This senior position requires a Level III Wastewater Operator License, hands-on treatment-system expertise, and at least two years of Direct Responsible Charge (DRC) experience.

Qualifications

• Requires Level III Wastewater Operator License.
• 2+ years of Direct Responsible Charge (DRC) experience in a Class II or higher wastewater facility.
• Hands-on treatment-system experience and strong operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling the environmental compliance program for the water treatment system.
• Provide operational leadership for wastewater treatment activities.
• Operate and maintain wastewater and water treatment systems; monitor processes and adjust as needed.
• Maintain compliance records and regulatory documentation; prepare environmental reports.
