Watermark / SOS is seeking a dependable Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain wastewater treatment equipment at customer locations. You will interact with customers daily, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure accurate service documentation.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys problem‑solving, and values quality workmanship, with strong communication and professional customer service. Travel to sites is required as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in wastewater, water treatment, industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Electrical or controls experience is a plus.
• Able to read manuals, schematics, and technical docs.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, meters and service equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple service calls.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Able to work outdoors and in varying field conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain wastewater equipment and related systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency service calls at customer locations.
• Install, replace, and adjust pumps, motors, controls, valves, piping, and other components.
• Communicate with customers regarding issues, repairs and system operation.
• Provide professional customer service while representing Watermark / SOS in the field.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintenance records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to perform service and repairs.
• Continue developing knowledge of wastewater treatment systems and equipment.
