Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Environmental Department and daily water treatment plant operations.
• Train and supervise staff; manage budgets and resources.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete necessary permitting.
• Prepare and review routine regulatory reports and data analyses.
• Engage with regulators on permitting, compliance, and reporting.
• Coordinate EMS, SPCC, and SWPPP-related activities.
