Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking a Wastewater Engineer / Operations Liaison to support a high-profile San Diego region program.

You will be the critical link between a private wastewater operator and IBWC, ensuring coordination, clear communication, and successful program delivery. The role offers exposure to wastewater operations, regulatory coordination, stakeholder engagement, and capital improvement initiatives, with a focus on practical solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of experience in wastewater treatment, utility operations, or related services preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as day-to-day liaison between private facility operator and IBWC representatives.
• Facilitate open, transparent communication among project stakeholders.
• Coordinate operational updates, maintenance, performance reporting and reviews.
• Track action items, commitments, risks and decisions.
• Support plant meetings, agendas, summaries and executive briefings.
• Review operational data, compliance reports and engineering documentation.
• Support planning of facility improvements, rehabilitation, and optimization.
• Assist with plant inspections and field observations.
