Job summary

ACE Services is seeking Laborers for a wastewater construction project in Virginia. This role targets motivated individuals with 1–2 years of construction experience who can travel between job sites and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment.

Laborers support skilled tradespeople while developing skills toward becoming a skilled tradesperson. Typical duties include rigging, pipe installation, formwork, carpentry, tool operation, and site clean-up on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience on construction projects.
• Must have own transportation and a clean driving record.
• Willing to travel to local job sites for project coverage.
• Successful completion of drug screen, physical, and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Rigging and handling of heavy loads and installing pipe systems.
• Reading a tape measure and performing basic carpentry tasks.
• Site prep, material handling, and housekeeping on active job sites.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and support skilled tradespeople.
