Job summary

AECOM is actively seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of wastewater treatment experience to join our Honolulu, Hawaii team. You will support a wide range of water and wastewater design projects, including pump stations, sewer pipelines, grading, drainage, and construction administration in a collaborative, innovative environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, preferably water/wastewater.
• Hybrid work in Honolulu, Hawaii; no sponsorship for US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support design tasks.
• Prepare and review drawings, specs, cost estimates, and bid documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, electrical, geotechnical).
• Support during construction phases, site visits, submittal reviews, and RFIs.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and permitting agencies.
