Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Waste Water Operator in Florida to ensure safe and compliant plant operation. You will perform water testing, record results, and monitor processes with attention to detail.

The role requires physical ability, strong safety discipline, and willingness to obtain necessary certifications; valid driver license and ability to operate plant equipment are essential. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in oral and written form.
• Strong mathematical skills.

• Able to walk stairs and work in confined spaces.
• Able to wear a respirator.
• Experience handling water treatment and laboratory chemicals.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to obtain PIT and Yard Truck certification.

DESCRIPTION

Position at Pilgrim's

Waste Water

Operator will be responsible for ensuring proper operation of the wastewater plant

New hires will have to demonstrate the ability and desire to obtain a state certification

Duties and responsibilities

Plant operation, water testing, data recording, and computer skill. Operator will be alert to conditions at all times, record operation in log and communicate with Supervisor and other operation flexible on hours changes if need for plant operation
