Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Waste Technician to collect and sort municipal waste at a client facility, handling trash, recycling, medical and hazardous waste. You will weigh materials, log data, and maintain clean work areas while following safety procedures.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience; a valid driver’s license is preferred. You will work Monday to Friday daytime shifts with training provided and opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years recycling or solid waste experience.
• Motor Vehicle Report may be required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash, recycle, medical and/or hazardous waste.
• Sort materials into assigned categories accurately and efficiently.
• Weigh materials and keep records of waste collected.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas during shifts.
• Follow safety rules, policies and procedures.
