Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Laborer in Milton, FL to perform physically demanding, hands-on waste collection tasks along a route. You will load, unload, and service containers, assist the driver, and help prepare job sites in all weather conditions.

The role offers weekly pay and a path to advancement as you gain experience. The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Loads and empties residential and/or commercial containers into the truck.
• Operates hoisting devices to lift and empty bins or containers into the truck hopper.
• Assists the driver with backing maneuvers while on route.
• Cleans and prepares job sites.
• Picks and sorts materials, identifying and organizing them appropriately.
• Drives and delivers containers.
