Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Laborer in Milton, FL to support route crews with loading, unloading, and servicing containers. This hands-on role requires lifting and moving materials, operating basic equipment, and adhering to safety rules.

You will work Monday through Friday, 10–12 hour shifts, with potential for overtime as route demands. A valid driver’s license and physical stamina are essential, and the position offers growth into driving, maintenance, and related roles within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers manually or with equipment per route requirements.
• Operate hoisting devices and assist driver with backing maneuvers.
• Maintain safety compliance and report issues to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Prepare and clean job sites; handle materials at stops along the route.
