Job summary

LEL Environmental is seeking an experienced environmental professional in Pasadena, TX to handle waste profiling, manifesting, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in environmental or waste industry.
• Experience with waste profiling and manifesting.
• Working knowledge of RCRA and DOT requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• HAZWOPER training or equivalent (as required).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit waste profiles through multiple TSDF portals.
• Review laboratory analytical results to verify profile accuracy.
• Process manifests, LDRs, BOLs, shipping papers, and related records.
• Prepare annual waste summaries and regulatory reports.
• Create quotes for large-scale waste projects after profiles are approved.
• Coordinate with disposal facilities, transportation providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support billing.
