Job summary

WM is seeking a Plant Associate for an on-site role in Dallas, TX. You will unload waste from incoming vehicles, decontaminate and stage it for scanning, and operate the Biotrack system in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires 1 year of plant experience, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license is preferred. A boot allowance of $250 and comprehensive benefits are offered, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a plant environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow health and safety directives and performance standards
• Valid Driver's Licence (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Unload waste from incoming vehicles; separate non-autoclavable waste for incineration
• Stage waste on conveyor or for scanning in Biotrack
• Scan waste into Biotrack for recordkeeping
• Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper for processing
• Place reusable containers on tub wash line for decontamination
• Operate tub wash unit and inspect tubs for reuse
• Operate tub wash sprayer for oversized tubs
• Decontaminate vehicle cargo area and ensure no free liquid on floor
• Ensure housekeeping issues are addressed immediately
• Other duties as assigned
