Job summary

WM is hiring a Plant Associate to unload waste from vehicles, decontaminate and stage waste for scanning. The role emphasizes safety and efficient processing in a plant environment. The position offers weekly pay at $25.00 per hour, with a 5 AM to 5 PM shift rotating Wednesday through Saturday, or Thursday through Saturday, and a weekly rotation.

Qualifications include 1 year of plant experience and the ability to follow health and safety directives. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and follow health and safety directives and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload waste from incoming vehicles and separate non-autoclavable waste.
• Stage waste for scanning in the Biotrack system and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper with waste for processing.
• Operate tub wash and decontamination processes.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
