Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Easton, PA is hiring a Plant Operator for a 40-hour, first-shift role. You will check in containers, process paperwork, move waste containers, and operate a forklift to load an autoclave at our Easton facility.

We seek candidates with warehouse experience, basic math skills, and the ability to read/record weights, stand for long periods in PPE, and show longevity with employers. Overtime opportunities exist.

We are looking to hire a Plant Operator for our Daniels' medical waste treatment facility in Easton, PA. A Plant Operator has a widely varying role, from checking in containers, double checking paperwork, moving/unloading specific waste containers, and operating a forklift to load an autoclave. What will your job involve?

• Previous experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job (repetitive lifitng of 50lbs to 75lb containers!!)
• Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening
• Willingness to take a 7 year background check
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE
• Proven longevity with employers
• Can-do attitude!!
