Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Laborer to support the Facility with litter removal, sweeping and cleaning, and maintaining environmental compliance. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety, as you will be in high-visibility areas and must wear PPE when interacting with staff and visitors.

You will retrieve waste, dispose of litter in designated containers, and help ensure a positive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Confident and enthusiastic individual.
• Ability to maintain appearance and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Be able to see the areas on the ground that need litter removed and disposed of in containers.
• Retrieve waste litter and place them in designated container.
• Perform sweeping and cleaning to the breakrooms and maintenance shop areas.
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
