Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a reliable Laborer to help maintain cleanliness and environmental compliance at our facility. The role requires attention to areas with high traffic, PPE usage, and consistent safety practices to protect staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include litter pickup, waste disposal, and janitorial tasks across breakrooms and the maintenance shop, while promoting a positive, collaborative work environment with customers, vendors, and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas needing litter removal and dispose of waste.
• Retrieve waste litter and place in designated containers.
• Sweep and clean breakrooms and maintenance areas.
• Maintain positive work environment through respectful communication with colleagues and management.

Job description

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Laborer who is confident and enthusiastic individual and can maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position will require high visibility to traffic and must wear PPE to keep eye to eye contact with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Be able to see the areas on the ground that need litter removed and disposed of in containers.


• Retrieve waste litter and place them in designated container.


• Perform sweeping and cleaning to the breakrooms and maintenance shop areas.


• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Physical Requirements

• Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills


• Reach with hands and arms


• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet


• Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
