Job summary

Ally-Waste-2 in San Francisco is seeking a Driver's Assistant to support the driver in routine maintenance of commercial residential waste, including recycling materials. You will frequently lift and move items up to 50-80 pounds and help maneuver heavy dumpsters.

Qualifications

Must be able to work daily shift: 4:00AM - 12:30PM (end time may vary).
Team-oriented and professional demeanor.
General understanding of recyclable materials.
Experience in waste management or recycling preferred but not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish verbal communication optional.

Responsibilities

Sort trash, recycle, and compostable material on site regardless of level.
Manually compact trash bins and decontaminate deposit bins.
Remove and load large items from property for disposal (furniture, equipment, mattresses, etc.).
Clean trash and debris around trash enclosures and inside/outside of enclosures.
Upload Before & After pictures to Dropbox and Company website.
Communicate information to Operations Support or Supervisor to ensure service levels meet standards.
Work as a team in a positive manner.
Wear PPE and company uniform including steel toe boots.
Additional duties as assigned.
