Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Waste and Floor Technician to maintain clean, safe work areas in a manufacturing environment. The role offers a 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm), Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with weekly pay at $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, offices, restrooms, removing trash, and operating floor care equipment while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toed or composite toe shoes, long pants while working.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Clean manufacturing floors, offices, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, restrooms, and common areas.
• Remove trash/recycling and pick up litter.
• Sweep, vacuum, clean windows, and restock supplies.
• Strip, wax, buff, polish, and maintain hard floors.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and spot clean carpets.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance concerns.
