City of Bryan is seeking a Solid Waste Equipment Operator to transport and collect residential and commercial waste on assigned routes. You will operate large sanitation trucks and other heavy equipment with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a Texas Class B CDL, at least three years' experience with large vehicles, and the ability to follow complex routes while engaging with residents about disposal policies.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three (3) years of work experience with large vehicle/heavy equipment.
• Texas Class B CDL required.

Mansioni

• Operate a large mechanized sanitation truck and other heavy equipment on assigned routes.
• Maintain safety and comply with traffic laws during operations.
• Inspect vehicle daily and complete route sheets for records.
• Assist with recycling operations when needed.
• Interact with the public to educate on disposal procedures.
