Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Must be able to ride on the rear step of the truck when in motion

Responsibilities

• Show up on time with proper PPE and ready to work
• Partner with the driver to safely navigate the truck and assist with backing
• Collect curbside waste and recycling safely and efficiently
• Communicate with the driver using hand signals and stay in vision
• Assist with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep the truck clean and presentable at all times per company standards
• Refer customer questions/concerns to the route supervisor as needed
