Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development.

You will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, coordinate with regional teams, uphold licensure standards, and mentor supervisees.

Competenze

• Active license as required by state regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

LABA/Program Manager Overview

LABA/Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply!

Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.
