PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will lead clinical teams, coordinate with regional units, and uphold ethical standards in compliance with licensure and internal policies.

Qualifikationen

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree and ABA experience with behavior modification oversight.
• Complete required supervised experience per state regulations.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC 246-805-220.

• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis

Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.

Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.
