Job summary

Climate Solutions in Seattle, WA seeks a Washington Legislative Director to lead state policy and advocacy. The role reports to the Washington State Director and drives the strategy to advance climate and clean energy legislation.

You will cultivate relationships with policymakers and coalitions, manage research and messaging, and guide a team through rapid, complex political environments. Hybrid work in Seattle, starting January 2027, with significant in-state travel.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping state-level climate policy.
• Ability translating policy into testimony and messaging.
• Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
