Job summary

Uline seeks an Operations Manager for its Washington branch (WA). The role leads a 1-million-square-foot distribution center, overseeing Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will drive performance through hands-on senior leadership, talent recruitment support, and accountability for results at the Washington branch. On-site roles with limited travel require a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in ops/GM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years experience in operations or general management.
• Warehouse, call center and / or sales experience a plus.
• Experience supervising personnel.
• Limited overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Uline’s Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.
• Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.
• Ensure the 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.
• Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.
• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.
