Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking an Operations Manager for its Washington branch. You will lead operations across Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities, driving performance and delivering exceptional customer service in a very large distribution operation.

The role requires 5+ years in operations or general management, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to recruit and retain top talent while supporting cost controls and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years experience in operations or general management.
• Warehouse/call center and/or sales experience a plus.
• Experience supervising personnel.
• Limited overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Uline’s Washington branch, including Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.
• Supervise branch departments to ensure impeccable customer service.
• Ensure the 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.
• Support recruitment and retention of top‑tier talent and assist with employee relations.
• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.
