Responsibilities

• Prepare for court appearances and appear timely at courthouses within travel distance.
• Coordinate court coverage requests and attach necessary documents.
• Draft and file mid-litigation motions and responses as needed.
• Assist with trials and arbitrations, including overnight stays when required.
• Communicate with consumers, employers, and their counsel to resolve accounts/suits.
