Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Washfloor Operator for its industrial laundry operations in Commerce, CA. This full-time role involves physically demanding, hands-on work on a fast-paced production floor with training provided. Afternoon/night shift expected.

Key duties include loading large washers, handling heavy textiles, operating machines, tracking production, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. 18+ required, reliable transportation preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads
• Stand for long periods in hot, humid environment
• No prior washfloor experience required; training provided
• Must be 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Load and unload industrial washing machines with heavy, wet garments and textiles
• Handle large sling loads following proper weight and wash formulas
• Operate washers according to established processing sequences
• Push, pull, and move loaded carts and materials throughout the washfloor
• Monitor chemical/detergent levels and report issues
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions
• Transport washed items to the next production stage
• Complete production tracking and basic documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety, HACCP, and company procedures
