Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Washfloor Operator to support our industrial laundry operations in Milpitas, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and a hands-on training program in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves physically demanding tasks on a hot, humid washfloor, with opportunities for advancement and company benefits. Monday–Friday schedule and consistent weekday hours make this a stable, team-driven position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding labor.
• Ability to follow set procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload industrial washing machines with heavy, wet garments and textiles.
• Handle large sling loads while following proper weight and wash formulas.
• Operate washers according to established processing sequences.
• Push, pull, and move loaded carts and materials throughout the washfloor.
• Monitor chemical and detergent levels and report issues.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions.
• Transport washed items to the next production stage.
• Complete production tracking and basic documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, HACCP, and company procedures.
