Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Washfloor Operator for our industrial laundry operations. This is a full-time, non-seasonal role with consistent weekday hours and an afternoon/night shift. No prior washfloor experience is required—we provide hands-on training to get you up to speed.

You will load/unload large washing machines, manage heavy loads, monitor chemicals, and ensure production is tracked and documented safely. Join a team-focused, physical role in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift, push, and pull heavy loads regularly.
• Stand/walk/bend/reach for long shifts in a hot, humid industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload industrial washing machines with heavy, wet garments.
• Handle large sling loads following weight and wash formulas.
• Operate washers according to established processing sequences.
• Push, pull, and move loaded carts and materials on the washfloor.
• Monitor chemical/detergent levels and report issues.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions.
• Transport washed items to the next production stage.
• Complete production tracking and basic documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, HACCP, and company procedures.
