Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Washer Technician to ensure reliable operation of the plant's washer systems, UV equipment, and lab testing equipment.

You will manage chemical inventories, testing solutions, preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires experience maintaining production machinery, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train CPOs and coordinate safety training.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair of production machines.
• Proficient troubleshooting and repair of machine malfunctions.
• Experience operating production equipment in manufacturing.
• Related training or degrees may substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain washer chemical inventory and testing solutions.
• Oversee maintenance of washers, ovens, UVs, and lab testing equipment.
• Schedule monthly PMs and annual overhauls.
• Coordinate outside vendors for services as needed.
• Train CPOs and schedule required safety training.
• Maintain Womack inventory and daily plant operations.
