Job summary

Crown is seeking a Washer Technician at our Sugar Land, Texas facility. You will ensure reliable operation of washer systems, UV equipment, and lab testing equipment, manage chemical inventories, and coordinate preventive maintenance programs. Training for CPOs and safety compliance are also part of the role.

The position requires experience with hazardous materials handling and pump repair, with a focus on safe, efficient operations and collaboration with production teams across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance and repair experience on production machines.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair of machine malfunctions.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Three+ years as maintenance mechanic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and repair parts for washers, UVs, and lab equipment.
• Manage chemicals, testing solutions, and lab supplies.
• Oversee maintenance and annual overhauls of equipment.
• Coordinate vendor services and safety training.
• Train CPOs and ensure safe operations.
• Support daily production and respond to breakdowns quickly.
